That’s why we offer a warm, welcoming Petfriendly experience, designed so both you and your pet can enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

We have select rooms specially prepared to accommodate guests traveling with dogs, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for your comfort. (Subject to availability)

 Important Information:

• Pet fee per night: $600MXN (taxes included)

• Maximum stay: 3 nights

• Maximum weight allowed: 15 kg

• Required at check-in: up-to-date vaccination record

• Upon arrival: you'll be asked to sign our pet policy agreement

 For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse or remove any pet that displays aggressive behavior or does not comply with hotel policies.
